Quickie killer?

Not me - brings up an interesting point I talked about with a lawyer friend a while back - how much do the manufacturer's distributors/ vendors have to play in these "recalls". Seems they just wash their hands of the matter and the manufacturers get to put the onus on the purchaser to register and then to send the faulty product back to them before anything is done. In these times arb vendors know who they sold product to at least, maybe not the serial numbers but they would know they "offered for sale/ sold" in the case of a brand new product like ISC's device. This whole issue to me feels like "You're on your own Jack". Considering it's life support, am kinda less than impressed. Like Muggs "Quickie Killer"tho - simple and it works.
