Protien drinks

Hey treewisperer. you can only get it from distributors (the one who introduced it to you) That would be me. There is a home based distributor business that goes along with it so if you decided to share it with others, I would help you and you could earn enough to get yours for free or go for the gusto and have a network of distributors selling under you and you would earn $ on their sales. I can explain more if you're interested. So, to get you started, I can set you up as a customer and the stuff would get sent directly to you. You can pay by check over the phone or credit card. The average is cost is $2/day depending on what you want (they have a basic nutrition drink and they have functional formulas for specific needs like arthritis, hormonal replacement for menopausal women, muscle building, etc.) The easiest way is to get you on the phone to see what is best for you and then hook you up. You can have the best nutrition for less than the cost of d&d coffee and there is a money back guarantee if you're not satisfied. It's awesome. Want me to call you? buzz me back!

John,

I always used the EAS Myoplex meal replacement. I still do, but I ordered a newer product to help with my healing time. It's this stuff:

Hey notahacker, does your wife avoid peanutbutter to improve the air quality? ha ha My sister and her husband drink reliv and she said the air quality has improved since he's not a gas tank anymore.

If you guys are serious about getting a great drink with protein, everything, youv've gotta check out the reliv drinks I'm drinkin'. They've helped so many people it's amazing. I'll put links on another post for you to check it out. believe me, you'll love this stuff. It's easy. mix a plain or vanilla powder with an orange or lemon muscle building, hydrating powder with water or milk (cold non alcohol liquid) It tastes good (like lemonade or orange kool-aid)and it makes you feel good the natural no medicine way. check out the links and let me know what you think. there's nothing more complete or effective out there.

Here's the set of links I mentioned above. I'm not so good with computers so I usually do things the hard way...but I can get 'er done. ha ha
anyway, check it out, the stuff is complete, easy, tastes good, and a good value considering the positive effects people get. and a 30 day money back guarantee to boot. let me know and I'll get you some.

Best to you, Missy

I take 42g of el cheapo GNC whey in the mornings before breakfast, Cell Tech creatine before I lift, Meso Tech immediately after I lift, and two Muscle Milks a couple of hours before bed, as it's a caesin based protein.

All of this coupled with large amounts of whole foods, I take in about 250-275g of pro, 250g of carbs, and about 3000 cal a day. I'm 5'11" and 240. It's a balancing act adding lean mass without porking out, as you need to take in a surplus of carbs to gain muscle mass. But taking in the right carbs at the right time is key.

But I digress. I could talk all day about body building oriented nutrition. It's 70% of the sport.

Jeff

For cheap protien powder just go down to your local feed store and buy a 50lb bag of calf mate for 15.00. it's the protien drink for college kids on a tight budget.

you guys are takin the tree climber craziness to a new level! Why drink junk when you can get good wholesome food that nourishes the body? how much does all the muscle building, carb loading stuff cost you everyday? and do you bounce out of bed and crank all day or do you still feel tired?

It can get expensive, but then again so can trip after trip to the doctor's office if you do not keep your body healthy.

John, did you know that EAS Precision Protein has been discontinued. What's up with that?

Chris

I new it was too good to be true, or in this case, maybe too good to be healthy. I really think I noticed a change in my body with that stuff. I never bought a second batch though.

Hey Mark have you used the muscle armor yet? If so have you noticed any difference. Is it worth the money.

Inquiring minds want to know. No GNC here in Munich. EAS products are available online.

I just use some whey protein. I haven't use creatine since I left the states. Can't say I miss it but I think it did speed recovery time.

Hit the gym last week for the 1st time in 3 months (been on the road)and worked today for the 1st time in over a month. Yeah, ouch. /forum/images/graemlins/crazy.gif
Armor sounds like a cool product. How is it working out for you?

Sorry guys, I've not had the time I want to get on every reply right away. The Muscle Armor is still too new to really speak of. I am using it only after I train, so we'll see. I can say that it has sucrolose in it and I hate the after taste of fake sugar. I have a good feeling about the product and EAS, but there isn't a wonder-drug that is good for you. I am just looking for a quicker recovery between workouts and to maintain good health.

Jeff, you sound hardcore! I used to take in over 5000 cals a day when I was bulking up and that took a ton of energy to follow that diet.
