pintos are fun but not the best for progress capture due to their open nature, the hitch will get sucked into the pulley.

I have had that problem with other pulleys, so that info is solid gold. What do you like? I don't like toothed cams

i havent really found the holy grail either, the omni on my 5:1 works ok. stein sells a 5:1 kit where they insert a clevis between hitch and pulley wich keeps the hitch from getring sucked in..

also an old zigzag makes a pretty nice pulley with progress capture for a 3:1
