The leaves look like an oak for sure, but the bark up in the canopy looks smooth and gray. Could just be the video quality.

Thanks Mike. Good job editing. I was hoping I would not have to watch myself throw seven times to get a line set. The tree (red Oak) was a good climb just hard to get a good shot because of all the outside greenery. So I was late in getting in and late getting out. I was just lucky the other climbers had a hard time getting in as well.

You helped set up the first climbing comp here.

That was the first time i saw a VT! And were awe inspired by your fluidity in the tree then!
