yesterday I was removing a brushy codominant water oak over a house. DDRT setup, closed system with 11.5 blaze line. Soooo... out on a limb pretty far and was simply moving my silky zubat from left hand to right when,,,,, in th blink of an I!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cut my climbing line in half!!!!!!!!! trying not to panic my groundy throws me the rigging line and safely porta wraps me down to mother earth. Made me think twice about not getting in a hurry!!

yeah, it's made up. He thought about it while working, but it didn't really happen.

The poor guy needs attention for some reason, it's not his fault.

I've checked his other posts, just about everything is exagerated.

Probably a good guy, just needs some attention, but I have to call things as I see them, sorry...
 
WTF awakenings is a serious place to help others stay safe and learn from mistakes or accidents by others. Truly SAD if this is the case.
 
Hmmmm where did Toptreeman disappear to? Dude posts a serious incident supposedly in Awakenings and then leaves us up in the air as to what really went on. One's credibility on a forum such as this should mean something, or am I wrong to assume this. Just a thought, not that I am losing any sleep over this. $.02 again.

I have nicked enough lined to know this is bullsheedidod.
I had my chipper thrown into a chipper twice by the same kid in one year. What a ride boith times for me in the tree. Injured yes. Same kid chipped himself a few years later. I was thrown out of a 60 foot lift once. Had an 85 foot lift sink into the soil...came very close to dead that day. During my wifes screwing around years, I cut myslef out of a tree doing a crane removal and landed in a shed surrounded by bycicles and lawnomoews...straddling the log I cut, with a 3120xp still running in my hands....I had been up for days. One time my boss dropped a screwdriver in the chipper while the hood was open and it hurled across the yard and knocked the wind out of me. Handle hit my sternum...had it been 180 I would be dead. Cut my foot in 1/2 with a Vermeer log splitter and was around 2 years by them with a promised 5 g out of court settlement untill the statute of limitations was up and to this day they pretend it didnt happen. Phuck you Vermeer and you Lee Van Weeldon. Had a company send a man into a bearded palm after I told them he would die...he died. Faced that killer in a arborist training class last saturday. I didnt kill him and was able to do my climbing / rigging demo for all the new fucktard arborists comming up.
Knocked out of trees from bad lowring more times than I can remember. Crane almost dropped the ball on me one time..was snagged on a tiny peice of deadwood and the operator had more slack in the line then the distnace from me....almost dead again. Boss tried to run me over after I tried to pull him out of his truck after we found out he was mutilating cats....close call. These things happen...your story is total bullshiht though
