We probably only use the trailers a couple times a month. On big removal jobs the trailers come in handy. The trucks turn poorly, but you get used to it. If you gave the guys the choice of a maneuverable chip truck and chipper or the grapple... the would take the poor turning grapple any day. We have done jobs where we park the trailers close by, load the trucks, and then unload the truck into the trailer.
Ironically, we do mostly large pruning jobs. Most of the removals we get are part of a larger pruning job. These trucks are owned for storm work... I could not justify them at home under any circumstance, but they make day to day tree work a lot easier and I'm glad we have them.
