Pics of chest ascender systems?

Howdy,

I'd like to play around with a chest ascender system. Anyone willing to share photos of their setup?
Any help appreciated.

Thanks,
Dave

One idea...

My current setup is a little different. both ends of the elastic cord go through spring toggles and don't have knots in the ends. In the chance that something might snag the elastic it will pull through the toggles and not choke me.

Most of the time I just loosen the elastic cords a bit and leave the chest ascender on. Just in case I need to move back up in the tree. I don't even notice it being on anymore.

Mark...do you ropewalk all of the time? Or is there a set TIP height that you fig up with the gear. Ropewalking is the most efficient but it takes time to put on and off.

Mark, is that half inch dia. friction hitch rope you are using there?? If so do why do you prefer it over the more common 8mm or 9mm for the split tail

Not all the time but I used it more after my surgeries until stronger. I also leave the chest box on. Once used to ot ot goes on quick.

Yes it is. I was trying it out at the time. It worked well and was easier on the hand but I never replaced it when it wore out,I know use smaller most of the time.
