Yep, even a tenner, just a bit of encouragement exactly.
My nephew is 17 and works with me sometimes, he is incredibly useful on the jobsite since he's been coming onto jobs with me and his dad since he was knee high to a grasshopper. I also try to discourage him from a life of toiling though.
