Out of home office

I am looking for opinion.
Lately I have been putting more time in the sales and admin and less time climbing. Working out of a office at home is distracting. I have a opportunity to rent a nice office for very low rent. My thinking is that I will be able to focus entirely on business and develope our base. And even, maybe leave work there.
Have any of you made the move and how has it worked out?

I just made that move a few months ago and am loving it. I'm not sure that it has improved my work time productivity but it sure has made it easier to relax when I'm at home. I moved just at the end of the busy season. Moved the business to a commercial shop and moved the family to a smaller house in the city. I feel like when I come home it's easier to leave work behind.

I'm lucky that our shop is about 2 kilometers from my house so travel time between is low. A long drive would make it difficult to run back to the shop after the kids are in bed to get some work done.

One thing is certain: I'm not saving any money by this arrangement. Running a business out of the home is far cheaper.
