Oak from yesterday

NETree and I teamed up yesterday to do an Oak. The Oak was 44" DBH, on the street, and had extensive ice storm damage. There was also a major defect 50' up. It was 4 years old where the co dom leader had ripped out. Rigging above the defect was kept to a minimum when possible. Of course I now realize I dont have any pictures of the defect! Figures.

Dropping the spar. I decided to not block down any wood and drop this 55'-60' spar instead. It was getting too hot to be dealing with large wood. plenty of lawn to be used.
