Not sure...similar to Arborvitae

A friend is trying to figure out what this is and I cant quite figure it out either.

Picture was taken in Disney World in Florida (im going to blame the fact that my ID skills outside of Illinois are slim to none, but to be honest they are severely out of practice as well)

Almost looks like a Hollywood juniper. Looks nice and happy where it is.

Here is a Juniperus communis that was posted on Trees From a Distance back in June... Could it be?
