No ice rinks?

As recently as Friday, none of the public outdoor skating rinks in Minneapolis or St. Paul was open yet. I grew-up there, we were always on the ice by the second week in December.

I'm beginning to think that the best thing that could happen to humanity is for it to suffer the consequences of itself.

Well there's ice here, in South'central Texas, and the sad thing about this weird thing is that pear blossoms were at full flower last week and millions of Monarch butterflies are now dead in the pastures out in front of the ranch.

And no friggin rain down here, bit of cruddy drizzle but that aint doing much.

This is now a third wet period that's dry.

Experts say it's cyclical and got nothing to do with greenhouse effect.

I've got a few daffs about to flower here N/E of Atlanta.

I think most of the experts have been bought and sold.
