New spray rig help

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a new skid mounted spray unit.

I had my eyes on the ones made by Altec but was recently informed that they are no longer selling them.

I would like a unit with 1000-1200 PSI, 20ish GPM and around 560 gallons of capacity split into two tanks.

Spraying mostly KOPA insecticidal soap.

Our current unit has had some reliability issues so would like something rugged.

Anyone have info on good places to source such a thing?

I've been happy dealing with Sprayer Depot and their King brand sprayers. Frankly not sure if they build anything with quite that much psi.

I don't know if they ship to Canada, and that would probably be prohibitively expensive, but they might be able to sell you a set of plans for a couple of bucks with an exact parts list of what they build theirs with, if thats something you would be into.

Wish you weren't looking for something with so much power and capacity. I have a 300 gallon 550 max psi 19 gpm unit for sale. Obviously not what you are looking for. If you have any friends though...

These guys have had the best prices I've found. They also do custom orders. Shipping is flat rate. Good customer service as well.

Could also look into getting your base sprayer motor and pump setup and plumbing in two ag tanks for cheap. That's the method I'm doing.

I’ve seen a lot of good rigs diligently watching Facebook marketplace and the different forestry/equipment sales.

A lot of the bigger companies put their rigs out to auction when they are done. Would be worth touching base with those companies that are local to you and asking where the auctions are.
