Same here, the only one that gives me trouble consistently is the oil cap on my 200T. I figured out there's a little grey tab that gets unseated and you have to kind of reset the cap, then it works great. It's kind of a bitch explaining it the a new groundie though.

One thing that makes it hard to close the cap correctly is overfilling the tank with oil. There is a place in the oiltank, where some air gets trapped, so if you tilt the saw a little from side to side, it'll let out a bubble and give you room to fit the cap back on. Kind of like burping a baby!
