Why don't the scoops fit all of the BMG grapples. I think thats kinda stupid that some scoops fit certain grapples and some scoops don't. I wish I knew that before I purchased a set of scoops. Now they just sit around collecting dust.

That would be nice easier said then done
There are only 2 Branch manager grapples , The Mini and the HD , and 2 clamshell sizes, the mini scoops weigh ~ 116lbs and the HD clams weighed 220lbs
Not sure what you are trying to accomplish, but the HD scoops are too big for the mini. The minis are small for the HD.

Do you have my HD and Mini grapple?

I have the regular grapple not the HD. Not sure about the scoops I have. I do not believe they are the HD ones. My issues is the grapple will not fit into the slots on the scoops.

I would like to make it right to you
Ok not sure what happened - except this maybe? my new mini grapple is reinforced on the large arm side.
An old set of shells (for my older grapple) will not go on the large arm side
is that what is happening?

That is exavtually what is happening. I will call sometime so we can discuss.
 
Your BMG should have the reinforced large arm, it will have 2 - 1/4" fishplates welded on each side. The old shells are 1/2" narrower, That is the problem I believe Royce is having
