I got some 2 inch red and 3/4 inch blue also.

Do you think I could fit two 1/4" tubes in the 3/4"?

1" works, 2" would also work. When I made my Saka like ascender I used the 2" and used the 3/4 as a divider to and to attach the stuff to. I will go out to the truck and grab it so I can take a pic.

Looks awesome. Thank you. I think for what I'm doing the 1" would likely work. What tubing did you use? Depending on the od of the tubing I might need 2"

I still think because the webbing is on the top instead of the bottom of the ascender I'd still need to terminate the bungee on the ascender with knots

The webbing build would just be for show/abrasion protection for the bungee and a way to hold and hide the tubing.

So far what I've got. This will be sent out for a spliced lower connection and will connect with a small steel shackle I don't like the biner at all for this application.

I keep tweaking this but just can't seem to get a good stride. Wonder if the Kong ascender isn't the best tool for the job here. I get a lot of upward resistance. Suggestions?
