Monkey puzzle removal

Hey all, the boss informs me on Friday that we are doing a removal of a monkey puzzle(bunya pine) on Monday.
Tree is 9'dbh and approx 140ft tall. At the base of the tree we have a house, a shed, a pool and a septic system.
Tree has to be climbed as there is no tower access and I access for a crane unless it was huge which isn't an option here in the country.

Having never climbed one of these just wondering if anyone in here may have dealt with them before and can give me a little into the species

That thing is massive! No hints from me though. I want to do one of those but they don't get big around here. Would be cool if you took some pictures, sounds like an interesting job. When taking out the spar how tall logs can you send given your site parameters?

I plan on taking some images and maybe video with the drone, wearing a go pro while climbing and will have a camera set up for time lapse as well, boss thinks it will take us three days to complete.
Not sure what size log wood we drop out of it as I haven't seen the site

For those who asked for photos, here is a time lapse taken today.
We were able to get the whole tree limbed in 6hrs, fair to say my body is feeling it now.
Returning tomorrow to bring the barrel down in bite sized pieces.
