MO Womens\' Climb, Anyone?

I finally stumbled upon the national champion bur oak yesterday, and think it would be great to have a womens climb there this fall or late winter. Anybody interested?

Hey Ambur as far as I know the tree is on private property both of the times I have climbed it we asked for permission first, But Ryan can probably set something up with the property owner. You may have to share the climb with a few dudes though wink wink.........

Thanks. I'll probably ask him to set it up once we figure out a date. I'd be okay w/ guys being there too. You guys going to the MCFC trip to the state nursery this week?

Yeah we will be at the mcfc meeting. I thought it was at the hort. farm though?

I'm hoping for some time in the fall, but won't know anything till I get a hold of the tree's owner. Yeah, boys can come too, I just didn't know how to do a climb on an awesome tree and not get so many people we couldn't really climb. Maybe everyone can just get in the tree and then we can shoot the breeze. And I'm trying to figure out how to get food/drink up there.
