Methods of ascending?

I've been recreational climbing using the RADS method of ascending and I'd like to move on to something else. What are some other methods of ascending? (Let's say without touching the tree) I'm ranking them in order of what I consider difficulty, and complexity. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

1. Footlocking with a friction hitch or ascender.
2.Hip thrust method with a friction hitch or ascender.
3. Ascending with 2 ascenders (or friction hitches) and foot loops. (Texas method...?)
4. RADS method with a GriGri or id.
5. Rope walking.
6. Wraptor/Ronin

Am I missing some other methods?

Frog system? Like rope walking, but swap the knee ascender for handled ascender with foot loop ( I think).

Hip thrusting in open air is exhausting. Much harder than footlocking so should be number one on your list. As Rico said, knee and foot ascender will give you the easiest system. It can be used with any number of rope grabs but do yourself a favor and use them with a multicender of your choice and set your system so it keeps you as upright as possible, reducing the workload needed by your arms.

Learning basic manual rope ascent techniques is important. Foundational skill.

Having a tuned mechanical ascent system will pay back many times over. Whatever the money and time costs are on this end are recovered later on. Later on when this ascent is done. Later on decades from now when you don’t have a have worn out joints

It’s been so long since I footlocked I’d have to take a remedial class
