measure twice

I recomend measuring twice before you take the leap. A=distance from ground to tie in point
b= the distance between trees that you leaping from
c= If you still have the same amound of line as you did on the ground don't jump
D= go over a+d
OK OK well I jumped the 45 that was equal to both measurements lol
Then on my first pass I made a skipp with my --- and ond the way back I was laughing so hard I just let go and dropped. I'll get the vid.

Mark your line with tape before you leave the ground then set your hitch 6 or 7 feet above the tape before you jump. Trees and rope both stretch.

I guess I didn't laugh... I mean, it's funny since you weren't hurt but that was waaay close to serious injury.

It would also be good if you edited the video and cut to the chase. It was 2 minutes of grey blockyness and five seconds of action.

I know I sound too critical, maybe even paternal, I don't mean to but I'm just saying what i'm thinking. I'm glad you're OK.... be careful.

Could you slow it down somehow?
Im not sure what I saw?
It happened so fast.
It looked funny, it could have been my medication.
Im glad your A O K
It looked like you came off your line at the perfect moment to shoot you across the grass?
Would a slip n slide have helped to make things more interesting?

Again, Im glad your not hurt and I didnt mean to make light of what could have been a bad situation

Ever the creative thinker, Jesse finds a way to integrate a slip-n-slide into tree climbing. This idea needs development.
