It's a Tree Austria, wasn't it? Several months old now, do you like it? Better or worse than your Weaver? Would you get another, or are you eyeing something else now?

I didn't like it and sent it back. Just a tad too lightweight for my liking.

I agree, the back support resembles a piece of cardboard and the vicious leg loops dig into your groin like there trying to render you incapable of fathering children!
Lightweight saddles are not always the best way to go.
Incredible as this may sound.....the United States military carried out secret tests in the Nevada desert in 1973 and found that the only thing that would survive a nuclear war was.......A Weaver saddle.
This is entirely true.
The government has been trying to cover it up for years but I was privileged to the information on the grounds that I wouldn't tell anyone.
Here's your link MB Tree Motion, just the pic, but look throught sherrills site and it is there. I currently use the tree austria and don't really have any complaints. Saddle before was the basic buckingham so it was a huge improvement IMO. But I need something that sits below my hips.
I cant wait to try mine out. Any one know when sherrill is planning on shipping. MB Im not a big fan of the small dees either, but when I talked to them at TCI they said that the bigger dee rings that are attached to the leg straps is where your buck strap is meant to go.
Yes, the lower green rings on the leg straps are for your "buckstrap" or lanyard while your climbing. It makes this attachment pull at the same place as your climbing rope.
The side "D's" are for your buckstrap when spiking.
I guess thats the main difference with this harness. Mines on order, hopefully have it by jan/feb.
