Theres a lady here in wisconsin selling a master II i believe, J-rod knows more about it.

Yes, she would like to sell a master saddle that is size medium. I don't know if it is a one or two. its a package thing with a length of true blue and a throwline. Saddle and climbing robe used maybe 2 or 3 times. I can get you an email, but since I don't want to post it in the forum you will have to send me a private messege. She says to make an offer on the whole set.

What size waist will a medium fit?

I wear a med MII. I wear about size 31-33 pants (depending on who made 'em). I could cinch down the MII tighter if I wanted to. It'd fit someone much bigger than me, too.
