Making up a legal contract...

I'm looking forward to making a legal contractwithout needing/having an attorney look it over and I have done some research about what should be included in the wording and would like to see if your tree guys wouldnt mind posting yours in the thread so I can get some good ideas and wouldn'd mind me taking some words/phrases from yours so I can help get mine written up.

Writing up legal contracts is not a simple task. There are specific elements that need to be present in order to make it binding. The degree of sophistication is really dependent on you and your client(s).

Most of us just don't use wordy contracts if any at all.

Try your hand at crafting something and post it, or share it with those you feel can give you the feedback you need.
