Letterman or Leno? Neither, Carson :)

This was in a newspaper article:

More than 22,000 guests appeared on ``The Tonight Show'' during Johnny Carson's 30-year tenure as host. That's enough to fill a couch 8 miles long.

I taped his last two shows and watched em again last night. I'm glad I taped em, it brought back a lotta memories.

Mr. Carson was a class act. /forum/images/graemlins/jj.gif

Yeah, 'specially when he had Arnold Palmer's wife on the show and asked her how she gives him good luck when he goes off to a golf tournament. She said "I kiss his balls" and Johnny came right back with "I bet that straightens out his putter." /forum/images/graemlins/blush.gif

She blushed and then sued Carson.

I also heard that when he had Raquel Welch on with a cat in her lap, she asked, "Do you want to pet my pussy?" and Johnny said, "Sure, move the cat!" /forum/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

I heard a quote on the radio from a journalist who was writing an obituary for Carson, "On a good night, watching him was the second best thing you could do in bed at night. On his best nights, he was the first."

everyone has their skeletons also, but I will not post any out of respect for a man that did more good than harm.

Dave and Leno don't even come close and THEY will tell you that.

Godspeed Johnny!!
