Gusto was an epic pain in the ass to get set up, and their customer service wasn’t much better. Once dialed in its pretty smooth, Washington isn’t the easiest with payroll taxes.

There were some annoyances setting up OnPay, but I don't think anything out of line. Most of it was authorizing them to access accounts to file electronically with the state...so while annoying extra steps to protect account security, not on their end.
