THIS CLIMBER MUST BEABLE TO GET TO WORK ON TIME AND ACTUALLY LIKE TO CLIMB TREES FOR A LIVING AND POSSIBLE WORK LONG HOURS.
Looking for a professional tree climber and certified arborist to remove trees and trim trees. Most of the jobs for this person will be climbing work and using a 60’ bucket truck. You will be climbing most of the day. Any trimming of trees has to be done without spikes. This person will run a two to four man crew. This is an expanding tree service company that will be running two crews this year around Madison, Wisconsin and Dane county area.
SALES: The person may eventually talk to customers and get sales commission on jobs they sell if they would want to do this. Would be great if the person would like to meet customers and make sales calls on commission.
We have a 60’ bucket truck with chipper box, a big chipper truck, two large chippers, a few dump trucks, several stump grinders, a couple tractors, large skid steer and a couple new trucks on the way.
This person must be able to run a crew efficiently, have some bucket truck experience, have there own climbing gear, climbing ropes and saddle. Must have common sense and know how to drive stick shift. Must have a valid drivers license.
Looking for a person that really enjoys climbing trees for a living and can do it safely with proper climbing techniques. Must know proper trimming and rigging techniques.
Please only call if you really have at least 2 years of climbing experience and tree trimming experience and have your own climbing saddle and climbing ropes. Any trimming work must be done without spikes. Thanks, Mike

$18 to $25 – depending on experience.
$30 per hour to subcontract if you have your own insurance and workman’s compensation
