I live in Colorado and the weather here in the spring is like a yoyo. Early spring we had some warm weather and my tree started budding and then we had a cold front come in. Went down to digits for a few days. All the buds froze and fell off. Here it is now late spring and the tree has leaves growing on one side but not the other. Has this episode killed half of my tree or is there something I can do to revitalize the tree?
Is my tree dying? Please help!

Has the tree been treated for Emerald Ash Borer? You should contact an ISA Certified Arborist in your area who is well versed in Plant Health Care services, and who is also a licensed pesticide applicator to perform a site visit and evaluation of the tree. Expect to pay for this.
