Hung oak trail work

Breathing and relaxation is such an important part of being comfortable/good at whatever it is you are doing (tree & rock climbing, surfing, fighting, hitting a baseball or golfball, shooting, ect, ect, ect.). Biting down on a mouthpiece and being forced to change your breathing habits doesn't seem very conducive to getting in the zone, does it? We wont talk about the danger factor.

Maybe it breaks away or something, if you take a good whack to the face.

I give my teeth and possibly jaw a remaining-lifetime in the single-digit hours, if I were to equip myself with one of these guys :ROFLMAO:
