Home theater -under construction

Just thought I'd post a starting pic of our home theater in our basement. It's a work in process. So far as you can see we've insulated, studed, ran electric and speaker wire, sheetrocked. Time for paint. I ran all the speaker wires for flush mounted speaker, two rt and lt of TV. Two speakers flush behind where you would sit mounted in the ceiling. One mounted right beneath TV. I'll keep the photos coming as we progress. We have all the equipment, it's just a matter a painting, carpeting, trim and install: 60 Pioneer plasma TV, Receiver, Subwoofer, speakers, and so on.

Care to do some taping in NY.I dont have the patience for it.

Even I'm smart enough to let some one else do that. I hate taping and spackling, they do make it look so easy though. We put in the foam board and studed out, the electric was bartered for and the sheet rock I paid someone $10 a board to hang and $10 board to finish (50 4x10 and 5 4x8). That was a no brainer.
