Hey Look at My Crud...

Does it have a vine-y growth habit? The pictures are nice and clear...but don't really show the critical characteristics! To whit: kudzu has compound leaves. Each leaf has three leaflets. The central leaflet is itself lobed, usually with three lobes. Each leaflet on either side of the central leaflet usually have two lobes, although the lobes are not always very pronounced.
So in the #137 picture...that's almost there, but I still can't see what's attached to which.
Another field character are fine fuzzy hairs on the leaf surface. I don't remember if it is just one side or another.
Oh, that hasn't made it into northern New England, as far as I know. I lived in Georgia for a while and witnessed its power!
ODNR Forestry got back with me and it is moonseed, not kudzu

# of ml per inch of dbh by any chance? I was told Acelepryn did not work well as a trunk or root applied systemic (like Dino).
Guess those folks were wrong.
Basal root soak or injection at 0.25 fluid ounces per inch of dbh. Put down shortly after leaf emergence in the spring.

I do wonder if larger trees need a heavier dose.

Yeh... the ailment of ththe Sugar maple is Q. alba engulfment. Would be cool to take some slices from that...but my guess is they'd separate as each dries.

I'm not saying it works better than those but it does have labeling for things like linden that attract bees
