help

i was told by my boss at usa services that there was a test like that i know alote of roping and ground work but want to move forwards in thr tree world but cant seem to do with help thank you
 
they are right there isn't any certification or training course out there specifically for groundmen, but there definatly should be(there are alot of tricks for the groundman out there to make the whole crews job easier), most guys aren't good groundmen until they go through a couple of climbing and removal courses or spend some good time in the tree.
i always say the best climbers are well experinced groundmen and the best groundmen are the best climbers.
 
I don't know why you can't get a straight answer around here. Try going to Treecaretechreach.com its a training program for ground workers. I think it's what you wanted.
 
North American Training Solutions and Arboriculture Canada Training And Education both offer a Ground operations and Aerial support course. As of right now I believe it is a 2 day course and only offered to private contracts.
