Help me ID two trees

I live in Austin, Texas.

I think this first one is a Mimosa tree. I thought the second was a sweetgum tree, but it doesn't have the round, spikey seeds.

I think you got them right, there is a liquid Amber cultivar that does not have the sees pods.
