I have been doing this for a while now but want to share it with u guys if u never heard of it. Using an eye lag (not sure what size) for a very quick NON LIFE SUPPORT termination. It works great for the ends of lanyards as a stopper knot and as a DIY haas (clip ur croll with bungee to the metal eye). I have tried to see how much weight it will hold. With stuff around the house (ex mark walk behind mower 52" deck), it didn't fail. Not doing more than that cause I won't be using it to hold that much weight.

I've always considered an end of lanyard stopper knot as being life support. If I screw up and it hits that knot, it better hold.

True, Its just threaded in. It takes some force to thread it all the way in. I would love to break test it to see how it performs.
