Great place for belts - CHEAP

Has anyone ever heard of V-Belts online. I think they are -located in IA. They are cheap belts - Any Kind of Belts for Anything.

My Vermeer chipper drive belt blew out, and what would have cost me $160 for two belts (one is a spare) cost me $60, and I had the things on the front step in one day.

Make sure you register and order with an account. If you order as a guest, it says your order went through, but it doesn't go through except when you have a registered account.

That's my two cents.

and the belts are crap?

Why buy them if they are crap? Just on price alone? If you lose a day because of crap equipment then perhaps the more expensive / higher quality product is worth it.
 
My belt was fine. If I over tightened my new belt, mine would have shred too. I'm not sure how fast the Altec is going through belts, but the belt I blew out before buying this new one was 15 years old.

The belt worked fine, and I meant that the belts aren't crap.
