Ok back to the task at hand how do we help this guy push through the wall he has hit. I really say back off and just do a few days aweek till the readiness to climb more comes back.

Problem is your not making enough money . Listen , and I'm only gonna say this one time . You can only make so much money with your rope and saddle . Buy a bucket ? bad idea? only a broke man would say that . I've been subbing for 18 years , you need to restructure the way you sub . Why sub for just tree companies and landscapers? Obviously you don't want to work for anyone because that is why your on your own . Fifty dollars , seventy five dollars , F , ten dollars, get out of that mode . This isn't pro sports , don't salary cap yourself . Anybody asking what you want an hour , don't work for , change your game , change your life. If the trees cracking and your scared , change your game , change your life. People get burned out because of pressure put on them , what's putting pressure on you ? It's a brutal bussiness , step up or move to Jersey(HA)

It's all good. Don't forget I work both sides of the river. I know everyone in PA, wants and wishes, to be as good as the Jersey boys.

raising rates (and then maybe lowering them for your faves) and wednesdays off/light are 2 great ideas.

at 60 you will not want to do production climbing 3 days in a row; trust me on that one.
