Fu*%face Von Clownstick

The only thing wrong here is this aggressive attitude. That still is the official name of the place. We can't all call it something different- that doesn't work for a variety of reasons. There's no rush here- take your time and write out a response that expresses your thoughts with clarity. I think I agree with the sentiment that I am assuming you're intending, but we know what can happen when we assume, right? This is a forum- a place for discussion. So, let's actually discuss things, preferably like adults.

Okay.....
The United States of America. Was formed in 1871 when congress sold 10 sq miles to London. It is called D.C,
The US economy was devastated following the civil war of 1861-1865. Congress turned to London for help, hence the mentioned transaction. A corporate constitution was created, that was to be restricted to within it's borders. The organic constitution reads, The United States for America. Big difference here.

DC has it's own flag with a red, white and blue stripe. There are three red stars in that white stripe, each representing a city. DC, London. and the Vatican, which the Vatican owns all.

You, can look this up. It is known as the act of congress of 1871.

Okay . Now , let's assume we put ourselves into 1885 ... Oh so glory ... It's about 10 years later from what you were talking about.
This is just a movie so I'm sure it's not really accurate but I guess we can get kind of a grip about the life how it was .. let's go back to ...
1885 ! ;)

You watch too much tv..... LOL

I did look it up. You seem to be a bit off on quite a few points.

There is no intellectual void as endless as the vacant space between a Sovereign Citizen's ears. In such a vacuum, even a reading of the District of Columbia Organic Act results in a steaming pile of horseshit that reeks of ignorance and sophomoric reasoning.

We should be concentrating on the phrenetic rants and ramblings of the Litigating Loon in the NARA-lago document storage facility, not squabbling about misrepresentations of obscure acts of congress.

This meeting of the Society of Tree-Hugging Political Analysts is hereby adjourned. Come back when you are sober.

The news said Trump set a record for the earliest anyone has announced they're running for president. I didn't have luck trying to find what the previous record was. Anyone know?
This is the most info I could find (Wikipedia):

"The timing of announcements has to balance aspects of first-mover advantage,[8] name recognition,[9] political momentum, and campaign fundraising for early or late entrants. Frontrunners generally have more reason to delay announcing.[10] Financial rules from the Federal Elections Commission also disincentivize candidates from clearly stating their intentions early.[11] Notable late outsider efforts include the Robert F. Kennedy 1968 presidential campaign and the Jesse Jackson 1984 presidential campaign.

Presidential announcements took new social media political forms in the 2012 and 2016 campaigns.[12][13] The ambiguity of waiting for formal announcements for US elections in general has been criticized.[9][14]

The Ross Perot 1992 presidential campaign had been de facto active as an independent campaign with a conditional announcement statement on Larry King Live (a talk show first), before the candidate withdrew, and then re-entered and formally announced only a month before the election.[15][16]

Sometimes an announcement will be delayed until considerably after the primary campaign has been underway. Examples include the Hillary Clinton 2016 presidential campaign[17] and the Pete Buttigieg 2020 presidential campaign.

In 2020, Congressman Justin Amash formed an exploratory committee but decided not to run as an Independent.

The John Delaney 2020 presidential campaign announcement on July 28, 2017, is thought to be the earliest by a serious candidate for at least 45 years."

Okay ,

So , Sovereign citizens believe they are not under the jurisdiction of the federal government and consider themselves exempt from U.S. law. They use a variety of conspiracy theories and falsehoods to justify their beliefs and their activities, some of which are illegal and violent.

Well, I'm totally under the laws in U.S. and too easy to get punished by it. So as everyone here.

So, I dont know just who is Sovereign citizens ?

Anyone in this country, in this country on land get punished with & by U.S. laws in most of the cases.
You mean talking about Native Americans from Reservations ?
That might be something but ...
Or When the crime commits from other countries to U.S. ?
Or other country citizens committing crimes in this country ? Or American citizens committing crimes, harassments against other country's individuals ?

Well, All can be punished by U.S. federal laws.

I'm not clear about it at all here .
Self proclaimed sovereign citizens are just full of baloney. They absolutely are subject to the same laws. A guy I used to work for tried, with a lawyer, to fight some minor charges for over 14 months, before eventually pleading no contest. He had dazzled me with his bullshit, and I saw some videos where people claimed they'd had cases dismissed, but have since realized that I can't actually find proof that anything like that ever happened.
The short answer to the question of who is a sovereign citizen is nobody.

Bwaaaaaahaaaaahaaaa.

I don't drink, save an occasional sociable beer.

If it was true law, it wouldn't be titled an act under the color of law.

Oh, pardon me. You're right.
Nothing to see here. I'll just move along now.

I'm curious how deep you are into this stuff. I have a neighbor who claims to be a sovereign citizen and keeps telling me that I don't need to register my car, but he keeps his cars registered and up to date. Do you register your "means of transport" or whatever you want to call it?

All my vehicles are considered commercial here. My pickup, if I wished to, could be changed to passenger status. I leave it as is because my pickup gets used to provide services. This lies within practicing commerce on public roads. I have no desire for a car, or SUV. I've been driving trucks the majority of my life. It seems strange to me to drive a car.

Excellent dodge, you're better at this than my neighbor. So, it sounds like your business probably pays its taxes, but what about personal income tax? Do we really need to pay those, or is that some kind of scam?
