What team? Because they basically stopped consulting with the doctors and scientists and made it political instead of scientific.

And at some point they stopped holding briefings altogether, or it was just him by himself and no doctors and no scientists.

Should we recall when it was suggested to inject disinfectant to kill the coronavirus, advice that could cause serious harm to people? Or suggesting a drug that isn’t supposed to be used to combat Coronavirus and can also cause harm?

“I mean, view this the same as the flu.”

The pandemic is “fading away. It’s going to fade away.”

The pandemic is “getting under control.”

“99%” of COVID-19 cases are “totally harmless.”

“We now have the lowest Fatality (Mortality) Rate in the World.”

"Mexico is partly to blame for COVID-19 surges in the Southwest"

The U.S. has “among the lowest case-fatality rates of any major country anywhere in the world.”

Trump said said that the United States had experienced “the smallest economic contraction of any major Western nation.”

And who can forget this never ending classic- “rounding the corner” and “rounding the final turn”

All done to help him politically...Talk about depraved indifference.

So you will not call this lying but are totally ok with being wrong to the point of being a complete dumb ass based on a thin sliver of logic, ok I will except you perspective here.The outcome remains the the same though, the virus hasnt gone away. So with the election Trump says he has proof of massisve voter fraud but is unwilling, unable or just needs to find it. Is he lying or wrong? The time frame for this claim has came and went. Is this another to the end of time grace period? Is logic the only element in determining reality? I ask these as questions not as assertations. You seem to be willing to engage in dialogue that addresses questions and are able to present reasons behind your points. I dont especially agree with most of your points but do appreciate the engagemnet.
 
Well. I'm reluctant to take on the role of Trump defender for numerous reasons.

However, if I must: I'm not sure exactly what he said but I have seen numerous reports of irregularities that suggest with a high degree of plausibility some sort of voting fraud.

Now depending on what he said exactly and depending on what actually happened, when Republican election moniters were illegally prevented from observing vote counts, he may be correct.

I like this question better just not sure of my ability to answer it.

First a question of my own. Is logic, itself, white patriarchal supremecy?

I believe the vanguard of the ideas you are exposing state things like that in ernest.

Again, another lie and another lie. There was representatives of both parties monitoring the counting of the votes. The people that were prevented from coming in were supporters who were likely there to cause disruption and intimidation.

Furthermore, the votes have been counted numerous times over and it was determined there was no fraud.

These are lies told to get supporters thinking the election was stolen / fraudulent.

When I was growing up I thought the left, as it is represented in our western democracies, was anti-racist, pro-equality, anti-censorship, and sought to restrain the more rapacious aspects of capitalism.

I liked it.

Now most of that seems to be flipped on its head but maybe it was always that way and I just didn't notice. However , the right also has its corruptions.

In some ways, at least rhetorically Trump opposed both of these obominations. You can tell by his domestic enemies-the military industrial complex, the CIA, the FBI, and the corporate media.
 
Now, all of you are chearing for censorship, wanting war with Russia, supporting looting and rioting, parroting nonsense about racism and advocating the long distance bombing of impoverished countries because they are mean to homosexuals and women. But really because it serves the corporate oligarchs.

If you set aside your righteousness and moral superiority for a moment you may detect you've been mind fucked. And although the basket of deplorable may not have it all figured out they are correct in deducing that the "liberal" elite are not above board.

Rico, I always consider the validity of the opposite opinion and question my own. I recognize my understanding is limited and concede I may be incorrect.
