Fu*%face Von Clownstick

What's the reality of this situation, question for anyone who's following closely and up to date on the case (not me.) Is there actually a chance Trump gets convicted on this or any other active case? All personal preference aside, will anything actually ever stick on Teflon Don?

I don't remember, he was acquitted?
Jackson had previously been accused of child sexual abuse in 1993; he denied the allegations and settled the accuser's civil lawsuit. In 2003, the documentary Living with Michael Jackson showed Jackson holding hands with Arvizo and defending his practice of giving his bed to children, triggering an investigation. Jackson was indicted on four counts of molesting a minor, four counts of intoxicating a minor to molest him, one count of attempted child molestation, one count of conspiring to hold Gavin and his family captive, and conspiring to commit extortion and child abduction.

Jackson was acquitted on all counts on June 13, 2005. He never returned to Neverland Ranch, and spent the first several months after the trial living abroad in Bahrain and Ireland. In 2013, four years after Jackson's death, one of the defense witnesses, Wade Robson, changed his position and filed a lawsuit, saying he had been abused by Jackson. Jurors of the trial who appeared on The Jury Speaks in 2017 said they still would vote to acquit. - quoted From Wikipedia

As far as Donny the Trump...
I don't know what he did with all the girlz and prostitutes , plus the very strong Relationship and rubbishy parties with that Jeffrey Epstein Child trafficking Sex ring case. Perhaps , the only person who knows Real deepest secrets & truth about Donny is Ivanka Trump ... since she was a very little child .... Till, she gets married. But I'm sure she can't say a thing about what really happened with her dad Donny ... Tee hee ! :tanguero:

We all recognize the faulty logic of this argument, whether we care to admit it or not. Hundreds of people die in the US every year in swimming pool accidents. Where are the public demands for health officials and bureaucrats to force the closure of all backyard swimming pools?

We can all agree that if we forced every single driver and passenger in vehicles on the roads to wear full body harnesses and helmets, similar to NASCAR, and we reduced the speed limits on the roads by 80%, that we would save hundreds of thousands of lives. Hell, we could prevent every, single, fatality and injury on the roads, if we could just force everybody to stop driving. But we don't do it. Why? Maybe because somewhere, in some tiny little back pocket of our brains, we all understand that life involves risk.

There are literally thousands of things that government over-reach could force on the population that would save a lot more than just one life.
your analogy is flawed. If I were going to have sex with you, I'd wear protection. If I walked into a grocery store and had to have intercourse with everyone in there, knowing 1-10% of them were infected with something that could kill my wife, kids, or parents if I caught it I sure as hell would use protection and be fucken pissed if everyone else didn't...
I think that's a much better analogy than swimming pools, or what ever point you are trying to make about a hypothetical 5 point seat belt (which I use for my lil one, its called a car seat not a infringement on her rights to get thrown through a windshield.).

Other than that I agree with quite a bit of what you have said.

There are 91 chances.

Have you ever had to make 91 throwline shots before getting a TIP?
i think you gatta make more than 91 throw line shots even. When that tree is way too short and right at ankle height. I mean ... C'mon .

It’s often difficult to see what is right in front of your eyes. Or in this case , Right under your nose

Consensus seems to be that he is most vulnerable on the classified documents case. That might well stick.
