I just can't sit through another one of those sappy "feed the chippers" telethons they used to have. All the celebrities whinging (that's whining and singing) the chippers are our future. Blech

I'm surprised to see so many selfless, giving humanitarians eagerly forfeiting their hard-earned yard waste in the interests of better fed chippers and compost piles. A nice Adopt-A-Chipper program, or maybe Adopt-A-Rubbish-Heap, with commercials set to a Sarah McLachlan song, is all we need to have a happier world with rainbow colored worm poop and lilac scented unicorn farts.

Or, maybe it's just a bunch of assholes trying to con somebody else into taking their trash out. Seems like a lot of effort to go to, just to avoid a trip to the brush pile at the edge of town.
