Food Thread

Oh it is. Gluttonous though.

I used flour tortillas for my "lasagna" layers:
1. Chorizo slices and ground bison with fajita seasoning and a little sharp cheddar and Monterey jack.
2. Spanish rice
3. Refritos with a little salsa con queso drizzlings.
4. Sauteed onions, green & yellow & orange bell peppers, and baby bellas tossed in fajita seasonings. Mixed in some black bean and roasted corn salsa, more queso drizzling, and then a thin layer of sour cream.
5. Topped all that with a ridiculous amount of the same cheddar and jack.
 
Ramen

Ramen Broth - readymade vegetable broth, augmented with the following:
Ramen broth (Imagine brand)
Chicken broth concentrate (Kitchen Accomplice brand - very good)
Benito / Dashi concentrate (Hondashi brand)
Tamari (San-J brand - very good)
Fish Sauce (Red Boat brand - THE BEST !)
Chili Garlic Sauce (Huy Fong Foods brand -same as green top Sriracha)

Noodles:
Maruchan - (soften & flavor the noodles in very hot water with the chicken flavor packet; for approx. 4 min.; then drain / discard all of the salty packet liquid)

Toppings:
Corned beef stick / strips
Napa cabbage leaf strips
Egg w/ soft yolk - fried in ring mold

I love meatballs !
............... and more sauce ! ? ;)

I'm always curious about what you "make" & what is restaurant fare?
... and if restaurant ........ where ?
 
Pizza - "homemade"

Note: I like lots of "stuff" on my pies !

Boboli thin pizza crust - (I make all of my own bread, but this is better than I have made .... and easy !)
Marinara sauce ...... thyme, rosemary, olive oil, marjoram, Japones chile flakes, etc
Red onions - sliced
Corned beef - sticks (because I have leftovers !)
Sharp cheddar - shredded
Parmigiano Reggiano - grated

Bake: 350°F for 30 min.
