Oh it is. Gluttonous though.

I used flour tortillas for my "lasagna" layers:
1. Chorizo slices and ground bison with fajita seasoning and a little sharp cheddar and Monterey jack.
2. Spanish rice
3. Refritos with a little salsa con queso drizzlings.
4. Sauteed onions, green & yellow & orange bell peppers, and baby bellas tossed in fajita seasonings. Mixed in some black bean and roasted corn salsa, more queso drizzling, and then a thin layer of sour cream.
5. Topped all that with a ridiculous amount of the same cheddar and jack.
