First day back since elbow surgery....

Maybe I missed a prior post, but what type of elbow surgery did you have?

A few years back, I ruptured my tendon on the inside of my right elbow (severe pitchers/golfers elbow, aka "climbers elbow"). The following year, I ruptured the left one, same injury...both required reconstructive surgery and 6 months, no climbing. The medical term is medial epicondylitis.

Glad to hear you are back climbing, but definitely take it easy for awhile.

Hyper extended it about 10 years ago and had 4 bone fragments removed. 3 of them were a half inch in size, one was lodged in my joint restricting mobility. Still working on getting the tendon stretched all the way out again.
