Finally back to work

After being out for almost 3 months with injury I'm finally starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. After suffering a broken scapula, torn bicept, slightly torn labrum and a displaced rib (all on my left side which also happens to be my strong side) I'm wondering what exercises I can do to help strengthen just about everything related to my left arm/shoulder. I've been cleared by my orthopedist and now I'm just waiting to get cleared by another doctor for my ribs and scapula.

Any help would be appreciated. I've attempted yoga and it's jus too much for my shoulder to handle right now

When I fd my shoulder I threw a football and a frisbee as much as I could stand. I am still the princple arbroist here so I think it worked pretty good.

I'm partly commenting to bump you back to the top so more people see your post and respond (great to have the support from others)...but I'm with rope shield..I remember fracturing my arm (minor fracture) and doctor said don't move it for 6 weeks...but I had a training chiropractor living in the same house and he said NO move it a little each day, progressively more and more and by 6 weeks I was throwing a baseball...I'm always amazed at how well the body can heal itself (often)...I say dynamic recovery plan vs static (but, I'm no doctor just my two cents)..

I have the elastic bands. They work pretty well. It's crazy how quickly my body fell apart. My core isn't worth crap, left arm is obviously fatigued and my right side is feeling the strain from having to do all of the work for 3 months.

I've picked up the HAAS device from Tree stuff to help with ergonomics and I'm pleased with it so far. I've also been doing a lot of straight ascents then descend down and start all over again (again I can't believe how quickly I tire out ). I'm considering doing some foot locking as well to really get the whole body involved
