Hello All,

I hope this is helpful, in getting your Ergo's tuned in and fitted up!

More to come...............

Here is the chapter on fitting your ergo. there are many key points that can be transferred for many other saddles and harnesses as well, like how far the wings of a saddle should wrap around your pelvis, and where the sit-harness back pad should be placed in relation to your lumber spine.

If the saddle/harness doesn't fit, your body will pay for it over time.

Here is another Chapter on adjusting the work positioning "D" rings, on your ergo.
Again there is good info for not only ergo users, but other climbing saddles as well.

This is one of the most important adjustments, of the ergo. and one that many users fail to take the time to do. For superior fit and to get the maximum benefit from your ergo, please take the time to perform this adjustment.

For questions, on adjusting the D's please view this video, for more info you can check out the updated instructions on Buckingham's website:

We are still in the R and D phase, as soon as I have info, I will post it here,

All I can say is we have been keeping our ears to the climbers and all the likes and dislikes are going to be reflected in this new skinny version!!!

More to come soon...........

As soon as I get back home.

I just got the seat for my ergo and it seems that its too small. It seems to be squeezing below my hips and it left alittle brusing. Just wondering if the length of the seat would be doing this. Perhaps its too short. The seat was ordered to match the size of the saddle.

Nice article in this month's TCI magazine. Thankyou...

I have been a 'production' arborist for 12 years now, 39 years old. No major injuries to report, but my body has been feeeling the pain for the last 5 years!

I visit a massage therapist once a month. He practices the technique called Rolfing - look it up, it is the best. A whole approach to keeping my body working as a unit. The idea is to maintain my body so that I can retire one day and not be broken...
