Ear muffs for Vertex

I have a Vertex helmet, I put some husky muffs on the side slots for muffs and one snapped off. The muff is in two pieces, the helmet is fine. Does anyone use muffs on the Vertex if so which ones? Peltor any better?

I got the low profile peltors, very pleased with them. And i don't seem to experience the helmet rolling back like some people seem to mention.

I have a Vertex best and Vertex vent with Peltor muffs on both. This is my 2nd vent. Had Peltor muffs on the 1st one s well.
The 'best' is 5 years old now. I'm thinking of getting an Alveo to replace it.

I am currently rocking the hellboy looking peltor 105's on my vertex vent. They are a little bulky but on a black helmet it's total hellboy style. And great for hearing protection as in supposed to be good to a higher dcb rating.
