Got one that comes up into the attic to shed its skin every year here. Probably a black rat snake, lots of them here.

Gotta love old farmhouses...the critters sure do! If it ain't snakes in the attic, it's snapping turtles laying eggs under the house.

That particular edition is unique in that it slowly stretches over time. The jacket also regenerates. The problem is that the rope is extremely sensitive to crushing damage. Always trade offs.

Probably a black rat snake...

My first pet snake was a black rat snake. He was badass. Strangled and ate every furry little critter I could catch and throw in his cage. The kind of gruesome entertainment only a sociopathic 9-year-old can truly appreciate.
