Difficult Access Hazard Tree Removal!

70' tall/spread dead silver maple, that was previously topped, dead branches are very slim and long even over reaching primaries/house(x2). In backyard with some bucket acess but not enough to finish tree. Any advice?small drop zone, So many lengthy dead branches with no good tigh end point, everything is dead. Here are some pics...

I certainly walked away from it, just trying to figure out a different strategy of doing it. A spider lift would be perfect I'll have to look one up to rent. I think a crane would not be suitable because the sections beings token out would not be balanced.

Use the crane for a high tie in point...expensive but safe.

Then just go small and piece it out into your small drop zones. Or set a second line on boom for lowering, if needed.
 
Crane will work with top tie and unbalanced providing good operator and the tree isn't too brittle to be unsafe. But I have been flown around trees to piece them out and even centrally positioned a crane and flew between several oaks to deadwood over landscaping

And then crane it out from the ground if you have to. That way you wont have to worry so much about balancing. The client put you in the situation so they get to pay for it, or some other crazy can go after it for cheap and no skin off your back.
