I am writing this on behalf of a longstanding good friend of mine of over 20 years. This friend, is also a member here and has been integral part of our industry. He is truly a brother in the industry and he and his family are going through some very tough times right now.
Many or most of know Dave Nordgaard, owner of Branch Manager Attachments. On Easter of this year, Dave's daughter Amanda was diagnosed with Leukemia. She is now in a battle for her life at the University of MN Hospital. After a short 2 week break, She was just admitted again for another 7 to 8 weeks. Chemo then Radiation then a cord blood transplant, a very serious and dangerous procedure. Amanda has 3 young children and a husband. Times are very trying right now for Amanda and all those who love her. Amanda's husband Zach is self employed and has had to put his business on hold to support and care for his wife and children. You may imagine that with all of this going on there is the additional worry of the financial burden that the family is enduring as well.
This coming Sunday, June 24th there will be a benefit held for Amanda and her family at a location here in MN. I understand that few who read this would be able to attend this benefit in person. I am posting this to ask for your support in means of a financial donation to be made to the benefit to help Amanda and her family in these trying times. A monetary donation would obviously do nothing along the lines of helping Amanda and her battle with this disease, it most certainly would help by eliminating some of the worry that the family is enduring right now such as juggling finances and ever growing medical costs. I am asking that any and all who read this consider making a donation if you can, if you cannot, please keep Amanda and her family in your prayers and thoughts as they need all the support they can get.
Information about the benefit and a paypal link to donate to the benefit can be found here.

Please people, find it in your heart to make a donation of ANY size. I am certain that every little bit will help ease some of the worry the Nordgaard and Berbig families are enduring.
Respectfully,
John Sirbasku
