I seem to remember the high steel of Manhattan wasn't assembled by white boys.

Kudos for the man in the bucket, brave and willing no matter what race he is. Shame on the owner/superintendent for precipitating the scenario.

After that trim, they probably went on to spray 2,4-D in the brush, without protection or warning.

What you're suppossed to do is JOIN the course, play a few rounds with the real estate and investment brokers, buy 'em a few martinis afterwards...then submit your plans and the bid.
 
WOW!! AWSOME!! I bet with some cinder blocks and 2x4s they could have gotten another 4 foot out of it! If they put a ladder in the basket!!! Sky is the limit.

That's right. Those guys were hard workers trying to accomplish the job asked of them. For the tools they had, they did a decent job elevating the trees on the course. They were proud of what they had done. Shame on the super. who didn't bother to learn about basic safety requirements for the sake of the golf course and the employees. Also, I doubt they were illegal.

I think hispanic is okay. I usually just say Mexican.

You clearly associated Latinos with bad work and low prices. Can't you ever own what you said? You should have been a lawyer, always weaseling out of some bold, unbridled comment.

Bad work and low prices is not a Latino problem. Latinos are often more motivated than others to work for less (I see this problem self-correcting real soon), and the people that employ hungry immigrants have been known to exploit them to do their bidding. People like you take pot-shots at these groups because it's easy. I think it's weak. I know alot of immigrants who have alot more class than you. Or at least they wouldn't disrespect your race. I wish some Latinos would read this and post so you could defend your comments to them.
