crane flips in Chester County pa

Does this look like a crane job???
Obviously a lot of variables that we don't know.... BUT that looks like quick work with the bucket and skid steer..

Thats a big oak tree there working on there. That boom appears to be almost all the way out, or very sloe to it. The GMK 3044 has 131 feet of live boom. That doesn't tell you the height of the tree, or if they needed all that boom out, but that tree is bigger than it appears I would image from that angle.
Yes, it could be done with a bucket and a skid steer. It could also be felled, or climbed. I would of set the job up the same way these guys did with a crane.
 
The crane was owned.
I'm being told a poor set up caused this crane to tip. Not enough cribbing to level things out on wet plywood on wet ground and the blocks just slid out... And that's all she wrote.

They decided to use a crane for some reason and I will not fault them for that, they just should have taken the extra time to crib it right.
