Countdown...

Congratulations, Tom! I might be joining you in the retard... er.. retired... club. All this fumbling around in trees has aggravated some old injuries to the point where I don't have any choice but to stop doing it. Waiting to find out if I actually have to have some of that damage fixed surgically, but either way, I think I'm about done. It's buy a lift/bucket or just quit doing it. Seems silly to go that far into debt at my age.

Luckily, I have a lot of other interests and things I can do with my time that aren't as physically demanding or stressful. I hope you have hobbies and interests to fill up the time... I know that boredom will kill us off as fast as working!

Last year I bruised my left shoulder. It's been achy so I went to the workers Comp clinic. After the MRI last week I talked with the Dr at the clinic who said that my shoulder looked like it has done physical work for decades. No surgery suggested. I needed that diagnosis before I could picke The Day

I found out Friday at 3pm so it made sense to be out today!
